Web3 Pay is a non-custodial service. This means:

• We never hold your money — payments go directly to purchasing crypto
• We never store your cryptocurrency — it's sent directly to your wallet
• We're not a bank or financial institution
• We're not a crypto exchange — you can't trade on our platform
• Your crypto goes straight to the wallet address you provide

This structure keeps your assets safe and in your control at all times.

4. Supported Cryptocurrencies

When you redeem your voucher, you can receive crypto on these networks:

• Ethereum (ETH) / ERC20 tokens
• Binance Smart Chain (BSC) / BEP20 tokens
• Solana (SOL) / SPL tokens

5. All Sales Are Final

Always double-check your wallet address before redeeming your voucher.

6. Your Responsibilities

When using Web3 Pay, you're responsible for:

• Providing correct wallet addresses
• Ensuring network compatibility (e.g., ERC20, BEP20, SPL)
• Verifying correct order details before redemption
• Understanding that blockchain transactions are irreversible
• Confirming the destination address supports the selected cryptocurrency

7. Who Can Use Web3 Pay

To use our service, you must:

• Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your API keys and credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

• Market rate — we use real-time market prices for crypto

You'll always see the total cost and expected crypto amount before confirming.

10. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Web3 Pay for:

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Fraud or misrepresentation
• Circumventing sanctions or trade restrictions
• Processing transactions for illegal goods or services
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

11. Legal & Compliance

Web3 & Robotics Engineering LLC is registered in Wyoming, United States. Our voucher-based model is designed to be compliant with applicable regulations:

• We sell digital vouchers (digital goods), not cryptocurrency directly
• We don't custody funds or operate as a money transmitter
• We don't operate a crypto exchange
• Your crypto is delivered directly to your personal wallet

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Web3 & Robotics Engineering LLC is not liable for:

• Loss of cryptocurrency due to user error (wrong address, wrong network)
• Market price changes between purchase and delivery
• Third-party service outages or blockchain network issues
• Indirect or consequential damages

15. Indemnification

You agree to protect Web3 & Robotics Engineering LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

16. Account Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms. You can also close your account at any time by contacting us.

If your account is closed, any unused voucher credits may be forfeited.

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Wyoming.
